At Beyond Yoga, we emphasize the deep connection between the mind, body, and soul. Through the gentle practices of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, we invite you to explore your body and spirit in meaningful and transformative ways. These practices help cultivate balance, self-awareness, and inner peace.

Yoga is deeply personal to me—it has taught me to love myself fully and to embrace who I am as an individual. I began practicing yoga consistently in 2012 while navigating illness, and it became the one form of movement my body could handle at the time. Over the years, yoga supported my healing, grounded my spirit, and opened my heart.

This journey inspired me to become a certified yoga instructor, with specialized training in trauma-informed yoga. At Beyond Yoga, my mission is to share that same sense of acceptance, compassion, and empowerment with every student who steps onto the mat.
